Teknologi ini menghubungkan perangkat seperti telepon, faks, dan modem ke jaringan telepon umum, sehingga efisien untuk komunikasi bisnis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PABX bertindak sebagai pusat kontrol atau sakelar (switching). Panggilan dari luar masuk melalui jalur trunk dan diarahkan oleh sistem ke ekstensi nomor yang dituju.
